Well here we are at the beginning of another year, and what a good year it
has been for the Region.
MAG membership within the region has risen to 613,
due to the hard work of a few individuals going out and coercing people into
joining up (well done everyone), and of course the dreaded 3rd EU licence
directive scared some into joining.
Once again the Duk Dik was a great
success, and even the GWR made a small profit at its first attempt, much to the
relief of the organisers.
But we mustn’t rest on our laurels, as many
of the items that the EU or our own Government have tried to foist on us are not
dead, but just dormant awaiting a chance to once again rear their ugly head. Be
vigilant and be prepared to answer the call from central when they need your
help in campaigning. The Troll.
